TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Any cancellations and/or amendments made at least 8 days prior to the expected date of arrival are free-of-charge.
  2. Any cancellations and/or amendments made within 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival shall be charged a penalty equivalent to 100% of the full reservation amount.
  3. A “No Show” fee equivalent to the full reservation amount shall also be imposed for failure to arrive on the expected date.
  4. Standard check-in time is 3:00pm; Standard check-out time is 12:00nn.
  5. The registered guest and his/her companions must present a valid ID/vaccination card upon check-in. Guests exceeding the allowable number of persons for a given room type shall be subject to our Extra Person Policy as follows:
  6. Extra person charge is Php 1,200.00. Extra bed charge is Php 1,500.00
  7. The hotel issues a maximum of two (2) key cards per room. Lost or damaged key cards will be fined Php 300.00.
  8. A nightly incidental/security deposit of Php 2,000.00 in cash will be collected upon check-in.
  9. For safety and convenience, all rooms are equipped with a Safety Deposit Box.
  10. Room Cleaning Service is available upon the guest’s request. Guests will be requested to leave the room for the disinfection process and return to their designated room after at least two (2) hours.
  11. Hanging of clothes and towels to dry at the balcony is prohibited.
  12. All bathrooms are equipped with a sanitary bag and waste bins for proper disposal of your personal hygiene products and toilet paper.
  13. For the comfort and convenience of all hotel guests, no loud music/noise is permitted beyond 10:00pm.
  14. Visitors and non-registered guests are no longer allowed to stay and/or enter the room of a hotel guest after 10:00pm. If a visitor opts to remain after 10:00pm with consent from the registered guest, the hotel’s Extra Person Policy will apply.
  15. It is the right of the hotel to decline entry of a visitor to a guest’s room.
  16. Pets are strictly prohibited within hotel premises.
  17. Any damage or loss of hotel property shall be automatically charged to the guest's account and is payable upon check-out.
  18. The hotel guest agrees to pay for the reserved room/s upon check-in and all incidentals incurred during their stay upon check-out.
  19. For long staying guests (7 days or more) a bill arrangement must be agreed upon during check-in and the hotel reserves the right to discontinue any accommodation services for failure to settle bills.
  20. No refund will be made once the bill has been settled in full.
  21. For the safety of all hotel guests, 24-hour CCTV monitoring is in place and trained security personnel regularly patrol the hotel premises.
  22. In accordance with the Presidential Executive Order of the Philippines No. 26, smoking is only allowed in the DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS: Open Parking Space and Poolside Parking. SMOKING IN THE ROOM IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. A cleaning fee of Php 5,000 will be charged to the guest's account for any/all violations and is payable upon check-out.
  23. IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY:

a. A loud alarm will play on the hotel's PA system
b. Do not use the elevator; please use the fire exit staircase; the panic door opens by pushing the lever
c. Remain calm; hotel and security personnel will lead everyone to a designated evacuation area
d. Guests will only be allowed to return to their hotel rooms after authorities declare it safe
e. An Emergency Exit Plan is posted inside all rooms to guide guests to the nearest evacuation route
